Return & Exchange Policy
At Holy Drip Wear, every item is made with care and printed just for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not carry large batches of inventory like a traditional retail store.
That said, we want every customer to feel confident ordering from us, and if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Our Promise
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund when the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us at hello@holydripwear.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will let you know whether your order qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot guarantee standard size exchanges for every purchase. However, we understand that apparel fit can be tricky.
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery. When possible, we may offer a one-time size exchange or store credit as a courtesy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping on size exchanges unless the item was incorrect or defective. To help avoid sizing issues, please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without contacting us first
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or your package is missing an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and send a replacement when appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier first. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help you look into it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are sent into production quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@holydripwear.com, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
